This project took a while to complete. About 2 years! It began in November, 2007 and was completed in October 2009.
This manga is special, because it happens to be the 2nd and final joint project of Humpty’s and mine. (Our first collaboration was the revised version of “♭37℃” by Tsukino Jyogi.) I’m a bit melancholic, since I consider Humpty to be a good internet pal. I was looking forward to working on more projects with him. I can only hope that Humpty is alive and well, and just too caught up with normal life to tend to something that even I consider to be a hobby.
As an editor, this manga is also special because it’s the second manga in which I gave the “royal treatment”: That is, taking the time and effort to replace the Japanese SFX with English ones, and de-censoring panels where possible. (The first one was Papiko Hiura’s “Boshi-Kan.”) A very tedious task, but nonetheless rewarding when it’s all done!
