*before I head to the office* @Ehud: I added Etery’s name. @S3rius: All (or practically all) the characters speak with a distinctive style which is kinda difficult at times to convey into English. Yayoi points out Hadzuki’s and Kotori’s distinctive style in this chapter…although, I’m not sure what a “loli voice” is. Other tics that people may not really notice: Kanna has an occasional nervous stutter. In the Japanese version, much of the dialog is done casually, not formally, and done in varying degrees; and much of the characters also tend to add a “tag syllable” or phrase to the end of their sentences, such as “yo”, “ne”, “na”…etc., which can be treated as a form of confirmation, among other things. Yayoi tends to speak with a bit of authority and tends to end her sentences with “yo” a lot, which in turn, I tend to translate as “y’know”, among other things, y’know. *Addendum* I was in such a rush this morning, I forgot (where’s my manners!) to acknowledge: That was a great question! and Thanks for taking the time to visit and comment S3rius; always grateful to have you stop by! ^_^
loli voice probably means her voice is still like of a child…
But I don’t think there is much difference between little girl and adult woman’s voice?

This chapter was absolutely hilarious. It’s very infrequent that a manga makes me laugh out loud.
Thanks a lot for doing this series. It’s one of my most anticipated releases.
And it’s looking like Kanna might have some competition for Motoki. It’s inevitable that she’ll end up jealous if he’s paired up with either Hadzuki or Kotori.

Oh, one question though.. in the original Japanese – does Kanna’s sister use the words
‘you know’ that much, too?
