Muv-Luv Unlimited, Chapter 22b

An Unlimited Extra

This is a short, funny, off the wall, extra chapter of Muv-Luv Unlimited, just before chapter 23.  It’s worth it just for the opening shower scene of Ayamine!  I thought about coloring that page, but with all the other things I would like to accomplish… …Anyhow, to quote Takeru from Volume 2, Chapter 9: “…That heaviness… That volume!!… It’s more than I imagined!”

Next Up…

Koe De Oshigoto, Chapter 19, has suffered a delay, ‘coz Eternia’s computer got fried during an electrical storm, so she’s currently out of a system; at least until the new one she’s ordered comes in. And while I’m hoping that my day job’s work load doesn’t get overly demanding, I’ll be tackling the next chapter of Hana’s Holiday and Gift this week.

Gift – Chapter 1, my edit version

Been too busy to blog…yet again!

Long hours at the office have been keeping me too exhausted to concentrate on translating, let alone blogging. Luckily, these past couple of nights haven’t been as busy as these past two weeks! Thus, I was finally able to finish the last 5 or 6 pages of Gift, Chapter 1.

Gift – Chapter 1 (Tonigobe edit)

I’m glad to be taking the time to edit my own version of this manga. I actually finished chapter 4 months ago, but I wanted to back-track to the previous chapters. It’s a good thing, too: For chapter 1, I made quite a few changes to the dialog; so hopefully, it makes better sense. Also, unlike Azarius, I decided to go for speed (Hah! Some good that did me these past two weeks!), so I didn’t go all out in editing the SFXs.

As I (may have) mentioned before, this manga is a bit of a challenge because of the long, complex sentences. Lotsa clauses! Aki is just too smart for her own good! I’d say her IQ is probably around 180, if not more. Plus the manga in whole makes references to sci-fi novelists, scientists and mathematicians, and philosophers and statesmen, psychologists and sociologists, and musicians and music–many (I’m ashamed to say) I’ve never really heard of! However, because of that, I learned many new things… which is always fun! ^_^

UP NEXT…

I’m still awaiting for Eternia to finish the edits for Chapter 19 of Koe De Oshigoto! (I’m guessing she’s been busy as well.  But, if I don’t hear from her soon, I may have to do this one myself, too!) In the meantime, during a busy non-hentai weekend, I began working on a special chapter that’s included in Muv-Luv Unlimited…I’m about half-way finished. This weekend is another non-hentai weekend, so I hope to finish the rest and post by Sunday (HST).

Muv-Luv Unlimited, Chapter 22

SURE-SHOT TAMA!

I’m posting this a couple of days later than I had hoped; partly ‘coz I went back to previous chapters to revise the dialog, in light of this chapter… not to mention fixing a “hair glitch” or two from the original scans. Not to mention all of life’s busy stuff. But, here we are. And so, I give you Chapter 22 Muv-Luv Unlimited!

In this chapter, it’s the bottom of the last inning and Tama’s up to bat with a full 3 strikes remaining. Will there be joy in Mudville?

Bête Obscene, 2 additional stories…

Recently, lollol initially brought to my attention 2 chapters to Bête Obscene. I really didn’t know what the hell he was talking about, ‘coz the manga file Nemesis provided me seemed pretty complete, and I thought there might be a new volume or something. A few days later or so, I found out from 2Hip at WWOEC that there were 2 other, non-related stories in the manga, and thanks to him, I have the RAWS for those stories available.

I’m sorta lazy to post this manga back in the Sponsored Projects section, so I’ll probably end up translating the two stories whenever. I don’t have any immediate plans to translate them, but eventually, I will translate them. …Although, if you are interested in sponsoring/commissioning them: It’s 74 pages x $1.25 per page; payments can be made via my Commission’s Blog!

GIFT, re-edited chapters…
I was planning on announcing this when Azarius finished his version of GIFT, but since I haven’t heard from him a while… …Actually, he may be upset with me, ‘coz I hadn’t taken the time to translate a letter he had asked me to do…^_^;;   In any event, since it’s been taking too long for the next chapter of GIFT to come out, I figured I’d post up my version… same text, different fonts, hopefully easier for most to read, including myself. I actually finished chapter 4 months ago, and I’m in the middle of re-doing the first three chapters now. Hopefully, it won’t take me all weekend to have it done, and hopefully, it won’t take much longer after that to have chapters 5 and 6 done.  We’ll see.

ALSO… I finished translating and typesetting Chapter 19 of Koe De Oshigoto! Eternia just has to edit the images and proofread. Hopefully, she’ll be done with that soon.

Haken No Muuko-san – Chapter 5 and Bête Obscene – Chapter 4 (final)

Happy New Year, Y’all

This was a nice Christmas and New Years with the kids, so I’m sneaking this post while everyone is asleep. Now that that year is over, I’m looking forward to this year! So let’s start things off with a brand new (and long awaited) chapter of Muuko-san!

Cosplay Paradise

In this chapter entitled, “Cosplay Paradise,” it’s the third day of the Comic Carnival, and Muuko-san and Fumika-san… oh wait… That’s Koe De Oshigoto!

Anyhow, enjoy this chapter of Muuko-san and her boss in their itsy-bitsy, teeny weeny nekomimi black bikini.  (Hmmm…There’s a song in there somewhere.)

Bête Obscene Finale

What a way to end the year!  Nemesis (editor extraordinaire at Little White Butterflies) surprised me at year’s end by presenting me his finished edits of Bête Obscene’s chapter 4.

Wow!

This manga was a tough one for me to translate ‘coz the subject matter (raep) isn’t really a favorite of mine.  But it was probably even tougher for Nemesis to edit!  He did a complete edit, with all the SFXs and stuff!

I must say, ‘tho, this one surprised me a bit when I was translating it, and it still surprised me even after reading it fully edited and all… that is, “surprised” in a good way.  It’s still a heavy duty story by my standards (I prefer romantic comedy types like Muuko-san), but I was impressed (‘coz I’m easy to impress!) by the psychological (and very pathological) aspect of this story.

Enjoy the heavy psycho-drama.  (And if you like good, edgy, perverted shit like this, check out Nemesis and the gang at Little White Butterflies!)

It’s a non-hentai weekend…


…so I’ll be working on Chapter 22 of Muv-Luv Unlimited next.  And if I can, I’ll try to hammer out a script for Eternia, she can work on Chapter 19 of Koe De Oshigoto.
